WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for being allowed to participate in this league and its activities, I acknowledge and agree: 1. RISK. Athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury, including serious injury. I voluntarily accept these risks. 2. FITNESS. I am physically able to participate and have no condition that would make it unsafe to do so. 3. RELEASE. I release and hold harmless the league, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue from any claims arising from my participation, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. 4. MEDICAL. I authorize organizers to seek emergency medical care on my behalf; I am responsible for any costs. 5. MEDIA. I grant permission to use photos/video of me from events for promotional purposes. By registering, I confirm I have read and agree to this waiver. If registering on behalf of a minor, I am their parent/legal guardian and accept these terms for them.
